The Safety Protection System of Cence Centrifuge

The centrifuge safety protection system is used to protect personnel and instruments. The main components of Cence centrifuge safety protection system are:

1. Main current protection: when the power current exceeds the rated value, the host of Cence centrifuge will be powered off.
2. Overtemperature protection: when the temperature exceeds the preset temperature ±6℃, the Cence centrifuge motor will stop to run.
3. Overspeed protection: when the speed is out of control or exceeds the preset speed ±300rpm, the motor stops running.
4. Unbalanced protection: when Cence centrifuge vibrates due to unbalanced rotation, and its amplitude exceeds a certain amount, the motor stops running.
5. Safety protection of door cover: when the door cover is not locked and the centrifuge is started, the motor cannot be started.
6. If the door cover is forcibly opened during the operation of the centrifuge, the motor stops immediately.

The centrifuge safety protection system is very important for the safe use of lab centrifuges, but not all centrifuges in use in the laboratory are equipped with safety protection systems at present, so there are major safety hazards.

In the laboratory of a hospital, when using a centrifuge to analyze blood samples, the shaft broke and the turntable was thrown from the centrifuge, resulting in personal injury and public property damage. When the centrifuge is running at high speed, if a malignant event occurs, it will lead to casualties, machine damage and infection, with serious consequences.
